The facility is well-lit, providing a secure environment even during evening hours. Security services are managed by Camel Technologies, another locally owned and operated company.

Interior Climate – All our indoor storage units are climate controlled to maintain an optimal environment for your items! We keep the temperature at a comfortable average of 70 degrees while effectively reducing harmful humidity.

Parking – Enjoy free parking located at the front, side, and rear of the building, making it easy for you to unload and load your belongings.

Access – Our front and rear entrances feature double doors at ground level, making it hassle-free to move your items in and out without navigating steps or ramps.

Convenient – Our facility is located off the Montrose Drive exit, right in the center of South Charleston, West Virginia, just behind Joe Holland New Car Sales on 7th Avenue. You’ll find us across MacCorkle Ave from Thomas Hospital at 4526 MacCorkle Avenue, SW South Charleston, WV.

Hours – We’re open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. Your safety is our top priority, so there is no access during late-night hours.

Terms – We offer both monthly and yearly rentals for our affordable self storage solutions. When you call, ask about any current specials—we might have some pleasant surprises for you! Plus, we DO NOT require any type of deposit, and units are first come, first serve!
